Customer: An individual who purchases products or services through the Cholo platform.

Cholo Technology BD LTD. (Cholo): The company that operates the platform connecting customers with merchants and delivery services.

Platform: Refers to Cholo’s mobile app and website, through which customers can browse products, place orders, and manage their purchases.

Merchant: A business or individual that sells products or services available on the Cholo platform.

Service: The logistics and support provided by Cholo, which includes product listing, order processing, payment collection, and delivery services.

Order: A request made by a customer to purchase a specific product or service through the Cholo platform.

Payment: The amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products or services, which can be made via cash or digital payment methods.

Delivery: The process of transporting a purchased product from the merchant to the customer, facilitated by Cholo’s delivery agents.

Delivery Agent: An individual or service responsible for delivering the products to customers on behalf of Cholo.

Refund: The return of funds to the customer for canceled orders or items that do not meet quality standards, as outlined in Cholo’s Return and Refund Policy.

Return: The process by which a customer sends back a product to the merchant or Cholo due to reasons like defects, wrong items, or dissatisfaction with the product.

Service Fee: Any additional fees charged to customers for delivery services or other transactions made through the Cholo platform.

Pick-up Location: The location from which the delivery agent collects the product from the merchant for delivery to the customer.

Drop-off Location: The designated address where the customer receives the product.

Account: A personal profile created by the customer on the Cholo platform to facilitate orders, payments, and communication with Cholo.
